Amasen Cabinetry warrants that its cabinets and parts are free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year following the acquisition date for customers. The warranty period begins on the Purchase Date. This limited warranty applies to domestic use only and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Labor and shipping are not included. Indoor use only. This warranty does not cover products that are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly installed, improperly stored, changed, modified, or are subject to extreme temperature or moisture levels.
This warranty does not include or cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage, or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether work was performed by a contractor, service company, or the customer. Amasen Cabinetry’s warranty is not transferable to end-users, including consumers and homeowners who purchase Amasen Cabinetry products through the original purchaser. All warranty actions are through the original dealer where purchased. If that dealer is no longer in business with Amasen, another dealer will be assigned.
In the event of an issue, Amasen will examine the product and, at its sole discretion, will determine if the warranty applies. If the product is no longer available, Amasen will substitute a similar product. Color match is not guaranteed as all cabinets will change over time. Please follow all assembly, installation, and care instructions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, outdoor use, or damage from misuse or abuse.
The original proof of purchase receipt is required. Please contact the original dealer or visit our website, www.amasencabinets.com, for more information. By purchasing the product, the original purchaser acknowledges that natural wood may vary in texture, color, and wood grain and may exhibit subtle changes as it ages. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause the materials to vary from their original color and to warp, split, or crack. These variations are considered to be natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product and are not covered under this warranty.
DISCLAIMERS AND ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS. Amasen Cabinetry makes no other warranties other than those set forth above, and the original purchaser's exclusive remedies are limited to those stated above. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Amasen Cabinetry be liable for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to damages arising from personal injury, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of property, economic losses, or statutory or exemplary damages, whether any of the preceding damages are due to negligence, warranty, strict liability, or otherwise. This limited liability applies to any and all parties, including an end-user or homeowner to which the original purchaser sells Amasen Cabinetry's product.
